Additional Information from Gene
Find out more about this design 👉
Holiday spirit is here. Gene has agreed to the hat. That’s as far as negotiations got.
The Festive Against My Will Capybara Hoodie features Gene sitting stoically in his little red wagon, wearing a Santa hat while a strand of Christmas lights trails behind him. Underneath: “Festive against my will.” It’s the perfect holiday hoodie for anyone participating in December festivities with varying levels of enthusiasm.
Cozy, funny, and understated enough to wear well beyond the office ugly-sweater party, this hoodie makes an especially good gift for introverts, tired parents, teachers, coworkers, and anyone who considers simply showing up to be their contribution to holiday cheer.

- Original Gene the Capybara Christmas design
- Cozy hoodie made for chilly December days
- Funny holiday design without the over-the-top Christmas look
- Classic front pouch pocket
- Easy everyday layer for errands, school, lounging, or holiday gatherings
- Just the right amount of festive for people who have limits
Perfect For

Design Notes
Gene is wearing the Santa hat. Gene is in the wagon. There are even Christmas lights involved. What more do you people want?
The simple hand-drawn artwork uses small pops of classic Christmas red and green against Gene’s warm brown coloring, while his completely unimpressed expression delivers the joke. The understated size keeps the hoodie wearable and gives it the relaxed, dry-humor feel that fits Capy Life.
