We want you to love your capybara gear! If there's an issue with your order, here's what to do:

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition. Personalized or custom-made items (lunchboxes, blankets, etc. with a name or custom text) are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges: Wrong size? Email us and we'll work it out!
Something wrong? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at capylifehappylife@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.

📌 Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
