🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Capy Life
We want you to love your capybara gear! If there’s an issue with your order, here’s what to do:

✔ Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized, unused, unworn items.
✔ Exchanges: If you need a different size, we’ll exchange it for you!
✔ Refunds: Refunds are issued for damaged or incorrect items – just email us at capylifehappylife@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

📌 Customer is responsible for sending back the item, including shipping labels 

📌 Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

📌 Personized items can not be returned or exchanged.
