Capy Life Monthly Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Capy Life Monthly Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Capy Life (“Sponsor”). Questions regarding the Giveaway may be directed to the contact information provided on Capy Life’s website at capylife.com.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Capy Life Monthly Giveaway is an ongoing promotion consisting of separate monthly entry periods.
Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the final calendar day of that month.
Entries received during one monthly entry period will be eligible only for that month's drawing and will not automatically carry over to future monthly drawings.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Giveaway at any time, subject to applicable law.
4. How to Enter
During an applicable monthly entry period, follow the instructions provided in the Capy Life Giveaway advertisement or entry form and submit the requested information.
Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly entry period.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, generated by script or otherwise submitted in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will be selected for each monthly entry period.
Each winner will receive a $100 Capy Life gift card, redeemable at capylife.com.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 USD.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred or substituted, except at Sponsor's discretion or as required by law.
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Following the close of each monthly entry period, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that monthly entry period.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with the entry.
The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide additional information reasonably necessary to award the prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and for other purposes described in the Capy Life Privacy Policy.
Entering the Giveaway does not require an entrant to purchase anything.
If entrants are given the opportunity to separately opt in to receive promotional communications from Capy Life, those communications will be subject to the Capy Life Privacy Policy and applicable unsubscribe options.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding the administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries through fraudulent or unfair means, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Giveaway.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or otherwise unsuccessful entries or communications resulting from technical failures, internet or network problems, platform outages, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived.
11. Meta Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Capy Life and not to Facebook or Instagram and release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility in connection with the administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any applicable consumer-protection laws that cannot legally be waived.
